Attorneys

Kathleen M. Allen is a 1991 Cum Laude graduate of Bridgewater State College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Management, and a 1998 Cum Laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School.

Prior to attending law school, Attorney Allen worked as a real estate title examiner at the law firm of HADLOCK AND POWERS in Boston.

In 1995, while attending law school in the evening, Attorney Allen began work as a real estate paralegal at the firm of BARR & COLE in Newton.

In 1999, Attorney Allen joined the firm of Berluti & McLaughlin, LLC, in Boston as an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Department.

Attorney Allen joined DOLAN CONNLY in February of 2002 and concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, including residential and commercial conveyancing, landlord-tenant, condominium development, collections, and estate planning and administration.

Attorney Allen has been a member of the Massachusetts bar since 1998 and is a Title Agent for First American Title Insurance, Lawyers Title Insurance and Fidelity National Title Insurance.

Attorney Allen and her husband reside in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
